This is a very nice store with a wide range of offerings including quality flower products. The staff is helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I've only been here twice and both times the customer service was excellent.

Amazing store! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the space is beautiful, and the products are all fantastic! AND they have a coffee shop nextdoor! Best coffee in the Pioneer Valley!

I had an amazing experience at Balagan Cannabis! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The selection of products is top-notch, and the atmosphere is both inviting and well-organized. I found everything I needed and more. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service!
